Una banda di giovani vigilanti vestiti da ninja sta distruggendo le basi di spaccio in giro per la città mentre al Challengers Club c’è una nuova aria molto più rigorosa e severa.

MacGyver inizia a sospettare che quella banda, i Tough Boys, siano alcuni ragazzi del Challengers Club con a capo una sua vecchia conoscenza.
